We offer space rentals for our 2 multi-purpose rooms at the rate of
$10/hr per room for Non-Profits $20/hr per room for Private Bookings $30/hr per room for Commercial/Profit events. Not sure which category you fit in? Non-Profit is registered non-profits, if the city considers you non-profit so do we. Some additional charitable/fundraising events may fall under this category. Email us if you're unsure. Private Bookings include birthday parties, card games, theatre rehearsals, clubs that aren't considered non-profit, etc. If you're inviting specific people and not selling your time or a service, you fall under this category. Commercial/Profit events. If you are using the space to represent your company, sell your time, or sell a service then this is the category to select. This includes business meetings, classes, craft fairs, and events that customers need to pay to enter. |
